Slovak musician Tomy Kotty faces new allegations of domestic violence and psychological abuse following a detailed public account by his former partner, singer Call Dominika. These claims follow a 2024 court ruling that found Kotty guilty of causing bodily harm, resulting in a two-year suspended sentence.
Call Dominika’s Account of Physical and Psychological Terror
After a year of silence following their breakup, singer Call Dominika (Dominika Rusnáková) released a video detailing the trauma she experienced during a multi-month relationship with Kotty in 2025.
The most severe allegations involve a specific incident on a dirt road. Dominika alleges that while she was suffering from heart arrhythmia and asked to be taken to the emergency room, Kotty instead drove to a field. She claims he smashed her head against his car, rolled her in the mud, and eventually broke her arm and bruised her ribs.
Beyond physical violence, Dominika describes a climate of psychological manipulation and sexual coercion. She also claims he distributed intimate photographs of her without consent and used a live stream to insult her after their split.
Kotty’s Defense and the ‘Lynching’ Narrative
Tomy Kotty has not remained silent, framing the accusations as a campaign to destroy his life. He responded to Dominika’s claims by releasing his own video footage from February and April 2025, which he argues provides the necessary context to the relationship.
Kotty specifically targeted Dominika’s mental stability, suggesting she was the one in need of professional help. He claimed she had threatened him several times with a kitchen knife, a version of events he says is supported by video evidence on his profile. He has since filed criminal complaints against three individuals in connection with these disputes.
A Pattern of Allegations: From Ráchel Karnižová to Svetozár Nehéz
Dominika’s testimony is not the first time Kotty has faced such charges. In April 2023, influencer Ráchel Karnižová accused him of domestic violence, rape, and alcoholism, providing photos of bruises as evidence. Aktuality notes that another former partner, Lujza Kalčok, supported Karnižová’s claims at the time.
The legal system has already intervened once. In 2024, a court found Kotty guilty of causing bodily harm and sentenced him to two years of probation. While Kotty appealed the decision and denied the truth of the claims, the verdict stands as a verified judicial finding of violence. His volatility also extended to professional peers; in September 2025, Kotty reportedly slapped musician Svetozár Nehéz in front of a club in central Bratislava, an event Plus JEDEN DEŇ reports was captured on video.
The Conflict of Interest: Protection vs. Justice
A jarring element of this saga is the initial reluctance of the victims to speak. A leaked recording from January 2025 reveals a distressed Dominika being urged by another woman to testify so that Kotty can finally go to jail. At that moment, Dominika resisted, stating, I don’t want to f**k up his life. I’m just trying to protect him because she still cared for him, despite knowing they could not be together.
Dominika now claims her goal is not revenge or incarceration, but rather that Kotty seeks medical treatment. She alleges that people close to the musician have admitted to her that they know what he did and want him to receive professional help.
Ráchel Karnižová has reacted to Dominika’s recent admissions with a mixture of validation and grief. Karnižová has since called for competent authorities to intervene, questioning how far the violence will escalate before Kotty is imprisoned.
The situation remains a volatile exchange of videos and criminal complaints.
