According to the Foreign Office, the UAE President’s visit is a significant development in the bilateral relationship between the two nations. Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Pakistan, Salem Mohammed Salem Al Bawab Al Zaabi, recently called on Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has urged the UAE to invest in key sectors of Pakistan’s economy. He also directed the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and the Power Division to distribute solar panels seized by Customs to designated cities.
