Michael Devine, a resident of Plumbridge, County Tyrone, has died at the age of 82 on December 12th, 2025, at Altnagelvin Hospital. He was formerly of Doorat, Aughabrack, and is remembered as a beloved husband, father, and grandfather.

Devine is survived by his wife, Rosaleen, and his children, Jason, Quentin, and Michelle. He is also survived by his daughters-in-law, Pauline and Adele, son-in-law Eamon, and grandchildren Tiernan, Fergal, Malachy, Donavan, Darcy, and Niamh. He is also remembered by his brothers John, Joe, Charles, Peter, and Declan, and was predeceased by his brother, Francis.
Reposing will take place at his home on Saturday, December 13th, beginning at 7pm. The funeral will leave his home on Monday, December 15th, at 10:25 am for Requiem Mass at the Sacred Heart Church in Plumbridge at 11am.
Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Aughabrack. The family requests that visitors observe a period of private time from 10pm to 12 noon and on the morning of the funeral.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to Parkinson’s care of Quigley Funeral Directors, Newtown Place, Strabane.
