• Salary Obligations: $195,000 for work performed as the actor’s "chief of staff," calculated at $5,000 per month.
• Anniversary Gifts: $50,542.46 tied to an annual gift provision of $16,000 per year.
• Retirement Funding: $30,500 for Roth IRA contributions.

Tenisha Warner’s legal team argues that because the actor’s estate lacks sufficient assets to cover these debts, the funds must be recovered from the Warner Family Trust.

A primary point of contention is the structure of the Warner Family Trust, which was established in 1996 when the actor was 26 years old—two decades before he met Tenisha.
