Garda Commissioner Justin Kelly confirmed that the explosive device contained a power unit, a detonator, and military-grade explosives. Two individuals have been arrested in connection with the plot. The driver of the vehicle, a woman in her 20s who is training to be a lawyer, was arrested at the scene on Wednesday.
