The confrontation took place at the manufacturing facility of Trần Đình Tiệp, widely known on social media as Vua Quạt, located in Tam Giang commune, Bắc Ninh province. On July 29, Nguyễn Văn Hợi—better known as the internet figure Khánh Sky—arrived at the property alongside Hồ Văn Khoa and several associates. According to provincial reporting, the group spent roughly 15 minutes broadcasting live on social media, hurling insults and demands for the owner to face them while recording the exterior and premises.
Following the disturbance, the family of the factory owner filed a formal criminal complaint with local authorities, triggering a coordinated response between Tam Giang commune police and the Bắc Ninh Provincial Police Department.
Bắc Ninh Police Issue Search Order for Hồ Văn Khoa
Investigators in Bắc Ninh have formally launched a search for 34-year-old Hồ Văn Khoa, who is originally from Hà Nội and resides in Bắc Ninh province, to resolve an initial case file concerning suspected public disorder offenses under criminal investigation procedures. Khoa also previously served a 14-month sentence for extortion.

When Huấn later announced he would not fulfill his pledged matching funds because he refused to let charity be treated like a wager, online tensions intensified, leading up to the visit by Khánh Sky and Hồ Văn Khoa to the factory floor.

Meanwhile, Hồ Văn Khoa sought to distance himself via social media statements, maintaining that he merely accompanied the group and did not directly participate in the altercations.
Local governance in Tam Giang has confirmed that police interviews and evidence collection remain active. Officials emphasized that the investigation is examining the full scope of public disturbance and intimidation connected to the factory visit.
