The Saudi Al-Ettifaq administration continues to discuss the winter transfer file, to determine the list of those who departed, in addition to settling on the identity of the new deals.
According to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, the agreement was reached with Palmeiras, to include Brazilian Rafael Vega this winter.
The Saudi team is facing great competition from several European clubs wishing to obtain Vega’s services.
Vega presented himself well during the recent period, and succeeded in scoring 16 goals and providing 14 assists this season.
Rafael Vega, 28 years old, has a distinguished career with many clubs, most notably Curitiba and Palmeiras.
Al-Ettifaq seeks to improve its results in the Saudi League, under the leadership of its English coach, Steven Gerrard.
Al-Ettifaq occupies eighth place in the Saudi Roshen Professional League standings with 25 points.
