Today, Friday, Barcelona opened the door to releasing its player, who is receiving increasing attention from Bayern Munich.
“Sport” newspaper reported that Barca has set conditions for the transfer of its player Clement Lenglet, who is on loan to Aston Villa, to Bayern Munich.
She explained, “Barcelona management welcomes Lenglet’s transfer to Bayern Munich as a final sale only for 10 million euros.”
She pointed out that “this step will require cutting off the French defender’s loan and returning him next January, in order to sell him to the Bavarian team.”
She added, “Lenglet is receiving interest from Bayern Munich to fill the numerical shortage in the defense line after Matthijs de Ligt’s injury.”
For its part, Bild newspaper revealed that Lenglet entered the nominations thanks to a recommendation from Bayern Munich star Harry Kane.
She noted that “Harry Kane was impressed by Lenglet’s abilities during his loan last season to Tottenham.”
She concluded her report by saying, “The London club did not succeed in buying Lenglet due to Barcelona’s insistence on obtaining 15 million euros, but the Catalan club currently welcomes selling him for a lower price.”
