The World Health Organization announced that Kamal Adwan Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip was out of service after it was attacked by Zionist forces.
Richard Peppercorn, the representative of the World Health Organization in Gaza, said, “The organization is urgently seeking information about the hospital that is no longer operating.”
He added, “Two newborn babies were taken home to their families while other patients, including infants, were evacuated to Al-Ahly and Al-Shifa hospitals,” noting that “many health workers were arrested, and we cannot afford to lose any hospitals.”
The authorities in Gaza said that last week, the occupation forces used a bulldozer to destroy the surroundings of Kamal Adwan Hospital, forcing the displaced people to leave.
Most hospitals in Gaza stopped working due to the war, and health services in northern Gaza were the most affected.
