VIA AIOps is built on a self-evolving knowledge plane consisting of a semantic knowledge graph that automatically learns system dependencies, service topology, and relationships within a hybrid environment. To ensure safety and trust in autonomous operations, the platform uses semantic dictionaries to enforce regulatory, technology, and business rules. Additionally, its large language models are limited to chain-of-thought reasoning that human operators can audit, override, and read.

Production Results and Implementation

Enterprises and Tier-1 service providers using the platform at scale have reported several production results, including a 60% overall improvement in service availability and an 80% reduction in mean time to resolve service issues. Other reported metrics include 92% of incidents detected and 95% triage accuracy before customer impact, as well as 20–30% year-over-year productivity gains for operations teams.
