1ST EDITION OF THE FESTIVAL OF SOLIDARITY MARKETING OF THE NATIONAL BODY OF CRAFTSMEN AND THE CRAFTS INDUSTRY

In partnership with the Moulay Rachid district and the MJID Foundation, the National Authority for Craftsmen and Craft Industry is organizing the 1st edition of its solidarity marketing festival, from May 20 to June 03, 2022 at M’Sala next door. of the Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences Ben M’Sik.

This initiative responds to the challenges of promoting the social and solidarity economy, in particular activities that have a strong involvement of women, in the sectors of local products and crafts. These two sectors suffer from difficult access to national distribution networks.

The Festival opens up a new horizon of fair marketing for professionals. It is entirely devoted to the sale of handicrafts. The choice of the city of Casablanca to host this event is no coincidence, given the commercial dynamism experienced by the economic capital of the Kingdom, which facilitates, on the one hand, access to the market which has the more consumers on a national scale, and on the other hand, the positioning and integration of the solidarity economy in the national economic fabric.

Mohamed Aityachou, president of the National Organization of Artisans and Artisans, attests that “this festival is the first business opportunity for professionals after more than two years of confinement. This explains the commitment of the body and all the local and national actors to make a success of this edition which expects a strong participation”.

And to add: “The festival expresses the vision and the will of the authority to develop the sector and improve its performance within the national economic fabric”.

At the same time, the professionals invited to this first edition do not hide their motivation to make this event a success and invite the local population to visit their stands and take advantage of the best prices and business opportunities.
