In Crimea, before the stabilization of the epidemiological situation, it was forbidden to accept organized groups of children from other regions of Russia both for recreation and for health improvement. This is stated in the decree of the head of Crimea Sergey Aksenov, published on the website of the government of the republic.

“To suspend in hotels and other accommodation facilities located in the territory of the Republic of Crimea, the reservation of seats, the reception and accommodation of organized groups of children arriving in the territory
Republic of Crimea from other constituent entities of the Russian Federation to participate in various tourist-related events (rallies, festivals, sports training camps, excursions, etc.) until the epidemiological situation is stabilized for a new coronavirus infection, ”the decree says.

In addition, organizations that are included in the register of children’s recreation and rehabilitation organizations are ordered to suspend booking of seats, reception and placement of children, except for children from the Crimea and Sevastopol.

In the previous decree of Aksenov of June 23, the activities of children’s camps were equated with resort organizations, boarding houses, rest houses, hotels, guest houses, recreation centers and campsites. In order to resume their activity, they must forward to the regional government the obligations of the established form. At the same time, no exceptions were provided for the activities of children’s camps in the decree.
