The real estate auction held by Al-Anma Real Estate Company for the sale of 6 investment properties in different parts of the country, a total value of 8.1 million dinars, exceeding the initial value of KD 6.6 million, an increase of 22.4%.
The auction, which was held last night, was attended by traders and investors who competed for the purchase of the six properties, especially in the areas of investment desired by the lessors, three of which are located in the Salmiya area, two others in Hawalli and the sixth in Farwaniya, Large population density by expatriates of different nationalities.
The real estate investment in Al Farwaniya witnessed great competition from the investors. The property, which has a total area of 810 square meters, was sold at a price of KD 1.68 million, an increase of 24.4% over its initial price. Another property in Hawali ranked second with a total value of KD 1.475 million 42.6%, followed by a third property in Salmiya with a value of 1.474 and an increase of 28.1%.
