The Zoff between Hertha ultras and club leadership is always curious.
In an open letter, the Fanhilfe Hertha B.S.C explains: "Many Herthanians were injured as part of the attack of the police in the Westfalenstadion. Among other things, one person suffered a debris fracture in the elbow, another was the metacarpal bone smashed. The numerous injuries are documented by doctors. These and other persons have commissioned the law firm Lau & Meyer in Berlin with the filing of criminal charges against the police officers. This includes enforcing the rights of those affected by the closure of the exit area of the North Stand. Likewise, any civil claims will be examined. "
Two fans have ordered the law firm to take action against the Dortmund police.
Lawyer René Lau to BILD: "The announcement of my two clients will soon arrive at the prosecutor Dortmund. Our goal is to check the operational behavior of the Dortmund police. "
The fan help continues: "The Fanhilfe Hertha B.S.C. assists the injured persons in asserting their rights and fundamental rights. Likewise, we call on all other persons who have been injured by the police operation to also have their injuries documented and to file a complaint against those responsible for the police operation. Moreover, we owe it to all injured Hertanese to oppose the derogatory hostilities and false allegations of the management of Hertha B.S.C. to fight back. The statements made are without foundation and can not go unanswered. Therefore, it was also reported by the Fanhilfe Hertha B.S.C. reimbursed Michael Preetz for insulting and libel. Enough is enough!"
It is questionable which statements are meant by the Hertha manager.
According to BILD information, Hertha has not yet received an ad. Who exactly wants to show the Hertha manager and which law firm was commissioned, is not known.
The fan help told BILD that the entirety of the Preetz statements after the Dortmund riots was the decisive factor to act against the manager.
But who is behind the fan help?
The Fanhilfe Hertha BSC is a department of the "Förderkreis Ostkurve e.V." and wants to support Herthaner, which in connection with games of Hertha in conflict with the law or the police or justice advised.
The background for the fan Zoff: At the game in Dortmund (2: 2) on October 27, the police wanted to take away the flag of the Berlin ultra-group "Capital Mafia" after a huge pyro-orgy in the guest block, because under their privacy renewed pyro-ignition was feared.
Subsequently, parts of the Ultras attacked the police with kicks and punches, also with bars of flags. Later, they even threw destroyed pinkel pots, doors, barriers and firecrackers at the police.
The fan aids of the BVB and the Hertha had described the measures of the police as "completely exaggerated employment". Preetz responded with incomprehension: "I find it adventurous. To justify violence with a possibly disproportionate use of the police, that must tell me one time, I can not think of anything more. "
