Al-Marsad newspaper: The American police revealed that a Saudi student was involved in the theft of a school bus from the US state of New Jersey.

The Livingston Board of Education public school bus was stolen as it was parked next to other buses at the bus stop on the morning of January 17, according to the Livingston Police Department.

Federal investigators said the perpetrator was a 22-year-old Saudi student.

Prosecutors stated that an abandoned suitcase was found by the investigators and led them to the perpetrator, as it contained a Saudi passport, and it was found at the scene of the break-in and helped arrest the accused of theft.

At the same time, the investigators found notes that they described as suspicious, and the notes also showed that the young man was not planning to return to Saudi Arabia.
