The star of Strictly Come Dancing Giovanni, 28, and the former Only Way Is Essex Jess, 33, had a heated argument after their split in April at the awards ceremony.
In a video received from The Mirror, the former couple was filmed by exchanging words that broke out into a furious quarrel.
According to the release, Jess is heard as he said to Giovanni, "You're full of sex."
Giovanni, who previously worked with his stern partner Georgia May Foote, liked a tweet that said the professional dancer "does not go through women."
The tweet read, "Tell me a woman other than Jess or Georgia, with whom he was officially with. He does not go through women. He actually seems to be a real guy. "
Jessica and Giovanni were six months old, but parted earlier this year.
The couple's confrontation came just days after it was reported that Giovanni and Strictly co-star Ashley Roberts were together on a series of dates.
One source told The Sun that Ashley and Giovanni had many dates in common, but it was still "very early".
The source told the publication: "The spark between Ashley and Giovanni has become widely known among the crew – they just seem to be right.
"He's training in the north while she works down here, so they can not see each other until the end of the week. But they made the best of it. "
Giovanni participated in the Pride of Britain Awards with his celebrity dance partner Faye Tozer.
The Steps singer wore an elegant, strapless, dark blue dress with minimal jewelry. The dress had a thigh-high gap.
The dance duo is the popular dance show until the eighth week, and Giovanni recently joined Instagram to thank his fans for keeping in the competition.
In a sultry snapshot of the tango dancing couple, he wrote the post: "Thanks a lot for the support guys !! Week 8 @fayetozersmith @bbcstrictly and guess what? It's time to jive. "
Fans flocked to the professional dancer to praise him, as one wrote: "Can not wait to see next week.
"Congratulations on staying one more week. Go on."
Another replied, "I love you so much. They were both great. Both of you will win this year. "
A third person commented, "I love you, Giovanni. I'm all the way with you and Faye. "
Strictly Come Dancing will continue on Saturday at 19:05 on BBC One
