Patient satisfaction represents an important dimension of the quality of care and an interesting indicator for highlighting and correcting certain dysfunctions of public care establishments. This research aims to assess the degree of satisfaction of the population served by CHU Khalil Amran, and identify the main factors that influence this satisfaction. For this, we proceeded, in the empirical part, by questionnaire on 282 patients questioned. This study shows that a large majority of patients present their opinion of dissatisfaction with regard to waiting times, the quality of reception, hotel services, also the information provided and the quality care and hospitality.
