TASS, November 5th. Russian Karen Khachanov rose from 16th to 11th place in the ranking of the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP), an updated version of which is published on the organization's website.

On Sunday, the 22-year-old Russian in the finals of the Masters Series tournament in Paris beat Serb Novak Djokovic with a score of 7: 5, 6: 4. For Khachanov, this title was the fourth in his career and the first in the Masters series. He also rose to a record place for himself in the ATP ranking.

Russian Daniel Medvedev dropped from 15th place to 16th. Andrei Rublev rose to two positions and took 68th place. Evgeny Donskoy returned to the top 100 and is located on the 97th position.

Djokovic took first place in the rankings, beating Spaniard Rafael Nadal, who missed the tournament in Paris due to injury. The 31-year-old Serb topped the rating for the first time since October 31, 2016.
