Merdeka.com – Travel service platform Bounce released its latest report on the airlines with the worst service in the world. This report refers to a survey conducted by analyzing airlines from various countries in the world.
In this list, Lion Air is included in the list of the worst international airlines in the world for flight experience. The rating is weighed against factors such as on-time arrival, cancellation records, customer ratings and free baggage offers.
According to Bounce’s official website, Lion Air is ranked as the worst international airline with a score of 0.72. The airline, which is a member of the Lion Air Group, has a cancellation rate of 34.43 percent.
In addition, the on-time arrival rate is only 42.27 percent. This means that the airline with the red lion logo is often late.
This shows that over the past year, a third of Lion Air’s flights have been cancelled. The assessment of food and entertainment services in Lion Air flights is only 1/5, while seat comfort and customer service are 2/5.

Wings Air is also included in the list with the worst ratings in the world. The airline that is also run by Lion Air Group is in second place, after Lion Air with a score of 1.11.
This airline ranks second based on arrival and cancellation statistics and timeliness, respectively 49.78 percent and 20.63 percent.
In addition, Wings Air only gets a 2/5 rating for personnel service and seat comfort and a 1/5 rating for food and entertainment.
Furthermore, there is Flydubai which is ranked third for the airline with the worst flight, recorded as having a score of 1.18. Flydubai scores 2/5 for food, inflight entertainment, seat comfort and passenger service.

AirAsia India is fourth on the list of worst international airlines. With an airline score of 1.34, Bounce assesses that AirAsia India has a timeliness of only 74.47 percent and 13.50 percent of flight cancellations.
Furthermore, there is Shenzhen Airlines which is in fifth place with a timeliness of only 67.10 percent, and 14.72 percent of cancellations.
This sequence was followed by VivaAerobus in sixth place, and Wizz Air in seventh place, which had a time accuracy of 76.44 percent and 84.47 percent, respectively.
AirAsia is eighth on the list of worst international airlines, followed by Ryanair at ninth.
The two airlines each scored only 2.06, and recorded 1.95 percent and 0.42 percent of cancellations.
Volaris is the tenth worst international airline with a score of 2.15.
