Marketing Manager Messen/Events (m/w/d)

To support our Business Services team in Berlin, we are looking for you as a Marketing Manager with a focus on events and trade fairs.

Your Perspective: Your task is broad and covers the entire spectrum of modern and future-oriented marketing. You are a recognized sparring partner for our legal team, management and the Business Services department.

What awaits you:

● You are responsible for the Planning, preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal and external events in digital, hybrid or face-to-face format
●You take over the implementation of the associated event communication via our communication channels (website, social media) in cooperation with our graphics team
●You write invitations and maintain participant management
●Sie oversee events on site
●You coordinate external event agencies and partners
●You negotiate contracts and coordinate them with service providers as part of event sponsorships
●You direct all logistical measures
●You create schedules and ensure that they are adhered to
●Sie are responsible for the calculation, planning and control of the budget
●You evaluate the feedback from participants and guests

This is what we wish for:
● You have completed your studies or training in the fields of event management or business administration/tourism management or have a corresponding professional qualification
● You have at least 5 years Experience in event management
● You are an organizational talent and like to take the initiative
● You are communicative, a team player and sociable
● You are characterized by a high level of flexibility, creativity and resilience
● You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
● Ideally, you have experience with event management tools and content management systems
