Microsoft claims that the problems arise as a result of time-out errors in the cache components.
“We are restarting and redirecting traffic to provide relief while we continue our investigation,” the company explained. via Twitter.
Microsoft Office 365 appears to be experiencing an outage, and some users are unable to log into the full range of applications.
According to data from DownDetector, the problems started around 8:00 am ET / 1:00 pm BST, and mainly affected customers in the United States.
Currently, Microsoft’s status portal does not report any problems, but the company acknowledged the problem via Twitter.
“We are investigating a problem with Power Apps and Power Automate,” explained the company through the Microsoft 365 Status account.
Office 365 interruption
Users accessed DownDetector’s Twitter and comment section to report problems logging into Power Apps and Power Automate, services designed to aid in app development and automation.
“We can Power therefore, “he annoyed a customer in response to Microsoft’s tweet.” Only if they can automate a resolution, “replied another.
However, there is little indication that other popular Office 365 services – like Panorama or OneDrive – are affected at this point. This suggests that only a relatively small proportion of users will experience the effects of the outage.
