WHAT IS AT THE GAME?
The Buckeyes are trying to score many points and roll over opponents in the second half while avoiding a trap that could keep them out of the college football playoff. Minnesota coach PJ Fleck is looking for a bit more growth from an injury-plagued team of freshman and sophomore students carrying the load.
Minnesota QB Zack Annexstad vs. Ohio State Secondary. Annexstad, a fearless real freshman who took a few laps, was decent in the defeat by Iowa last week, finishing with 218 passes and three touchdowns. Ohio State: Dwayne Haskins Jr. Who else? With a corps of experienced receivers opening, Haskins is on the right track to break a string of single-season high school passing records. He had a career-high 455 yards and six touchdowns against Indiana last week.
