He explained that the National Electoral Commission is fully and genuinely independent under the Constitution and the law. Its Board of Directors consists of 10 judges, who have no authority over anyone other than their consciences, and that this independence in the work of the Commission also extends to all the technical, financial and administrative aspects related to its work.
