Salmonella alarm: A company calls back Germany a popular product that can be obtained from Lidl, Penny and Real.
Ratingen – The popular "Aoste Kernschinken 80g" with the MHD's 13.12.2018, 20.12.2018, 26.12.2018 and 03.01.2019 could be affected by salmonella, which is why the company is recalling the potentially affected raw materials. As the company announces, a supplier has reported a possible salmonella contamination of certain batches of pork.
Recall from Aoste at Lidl, Penny and Real: Please do not eat
Although there is no actual infection from previous product analyzes by the supplier and manufacturer, Campofrio Food Group Deutschland GmbH advises caution. The customers should therefore not consume the affected products. The delivery had been marketed through different retail chains throughout Germany, so several grocery chains could have offered the product right away. Among other things, the core ham is sold at the following dealers: Lidl, Penny Markt and Real.
