shameless lost a fan favorite at the end of the ninth season as Emmy Rossum left the show, but it brings one again for season 10. Noel Fisher, last seen in the sixth episode of shameless Season 9, when Mickey was there to greet Ian (Cameron Monaghan) in prison, will return for Season 10.
The official Shameless Twitter account has posted a video in which Fisher as Mickey (and some dirty words) is trying to get out of jail and point out the hacked account.

Monaghan left the series in the ninth season, the sixth episode, but returned for Rossum's exit in the ninth season finale. Monaghan will be appearing regularly when the show returns to Showtime.
"It was at the point where I wanted to step away for creative reasons and for business reasons that many other actors had done on the show years ago," Monaghan said of his resignation and the ensuing quick return. "But I took some time and spoke with John Wells, the showrunner about possible things we could do with the character in the future, and we came to a place I felt comfortable when I came back, and much of it had to do with the thing. "
Prior to returning to the sixth episode of season nine, Fisher's Mickey was last seen in the 2016 episode of season seven. In addition to the return to shamelessFisher has a role in the upcoming CBS drama The red line,
No premiere date for shameless Season 10 was announced. The cable channel has renewed the series in January 2019.
