Travelers claim that coronavirus tests could not be done at the airport

Two travelers denounced today that although they wanted to take the COVID-19 rapid test at the Luis Muñoz Marín airport, upon arrival in Puerto Rico from New York they were not given the opportunity to perform them.

According to a user by the name of LGJ Stgo Cldo, they arrived from New York to Puerto Rico and had intentions of taking the test, but the officer who interviewed them supposedly indicated that they did not.

He indicated that “they sent us to a table, they asked us where we came from, age and where we are going, when I told them where we were going to do the test they said no, they are not doing tests.”

“We did the test on Sunday to have the results before arriving in Puerto Rico but we do not have the results yet,” he clarified.

They assured that they will still stay 14 days in a family country house.
