It is a magnificent spectacle that has already happened several times. During Sunday’s match between Aris and PAOK Salonika, a rain of papers fell on the floor at the time of the in-between.
The stands were full, the chants incessant and the Salonika supporters flooded the room with white papers. Obviously, we have to delay the match and clean the floor. Let’s say it’s a local custom that’s not really exportable.
Aris supporters were also able to celebrate the victory at the end of the match. Their team won 77-70.
