LE FIGARO. – What have you learned from the health crisis?
Thierry PETIT. – The incredible resilience of the entire retail ecosystem! Brands, customers, logisticians, La Poste… everyone has been able to adapt. At Showroomprivé, we were barely coming out of two years of restructuring when the pandemic started last year. We switched to emergency mode and our employees were able to find solutions, even when it was necessary to do photo shoots in full confinement. Result: 2020 has been a year of growth for us, in a context that has boosted online commerce.
